Important trash pick up change

Friday trash pick up for Jan 1 will be delayed one (1) day. Trash pick up scheduled for Jan 1 will take place on Saturday, Jan 2.

Christmas Tree and Holiday greenery disposal

Christmas trees, wreaths and other holiday greenery may be placed at the curb on these Saturdays; January 2, January 9, and January 16. No yard waste stickers are required. Please be sure that trees/wreaths are free from decoration and tinsel.

Important Snow Information...

On-street parking is prohibited during during a Snow Emergency declaration in the City of Montgomery. Keeping parked vehicles off City streets during declared Snow Emergencies helps snow removal crews do a better job in clearing roadways! To find out whether or not a Snow Emergency has been issued, visit the City's website or check for message updates on local TV stations.

Snow Line (792-8345) - The Snow Line provides recorded messages updated every 2 to 3 hours during every snowfall and freezing rain event.

The City of Montgomery was recently featured on the television program "Great Lifestyles: Neighborhoods Get Out and Go!" on Star64. The segment provides a well-rounded look at the City, its history, neighborhoods and more. It includes testimonials from residents, businesses owners and shoppers, too. Major water upgrades to impact City during 2010

Planning, engineering and design is nearing completion for three large scale projects that will be completed in Montgomery during 2010 by the Greater Cincinnati Water Works. Construction includes installation of large diameter (36 and 42 inch) water transmission mains along seven separate roadways in Montgomery including portions of Cooper Road, Delray Drive, Castleford Lane, Jolain Drive, Tollgate Lane, Schoolhouse Lane and Montgomery Road between Schoolhouse Lane and Pfeiffer Road. January’s Open City Hall Topic

During March through December 2010, the Greater Cincinnati Water Works (GCWW) will be completing the installation/construction of 36 and 42 inch diameter water transmission mains throughout various locations in Montgomery. Construction will be completed in at least three (3) separate projects in public roadways.
